A session that actually
goes somewhere.
Every 1:1 session is tailored to you - but here's how it typically flows.

We talk first
30–60 minutes of real conversation. We explore what's happening, what's been tried, and what you're actually wanting to feel like.

Then we go deeper
Around 20 minutes of guided hypnosis - recorded and sent to you after so you can listen back whenever you need it. This is where the subconscious work happens.

You take it with you
Your recording is yours to keep. Most clients do their best work in the days after a session - listening back, noticing what shifts, and integrating what came up.

We build on it
Most people see the biggest results across 4 sessions. That's where the patterns really start to unravel - and where lasting change takes hold.

I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor based in Tweed Heads. I work with people who are tired of holding it all together - and are ready for something to actually change.
